Yin Tang: I call this my becoming a unicorn point. Yin tang is the go to point for calming the mind. It can also be used for headaches and eye issues.

Pericardium 6: PC6 is a go to point for digestive issues and nausea. This point is typically stimulated to help manage morning sickness as well as where sea sickness. This point also helps open the chest so we can take deep, calming breaths. Use this point when you feel uneasiness in your chest or a racing heart.

Heart 7: HT7 calms the mind and the heart. It can help with panic attacks, insomina, and hypertension.

How to perform acupressure:

  • Stimulate both points on each side of the body at the same time.

  • Massage or press firmly each point for 30-60 seconds while breathing deep into the belly.

  • Repeat each day
