These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of breatheeasywellness.com (the "Site"), operated by Breathe Easy Wellness LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about our services and request or schedule appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Not medical advice
Content on this Site including blog posts, resource materials, and general educational content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and does not substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. No provider-patient relationship is formed simply by browsing or submitting a general inquiry through this Site.
Appointment booking
Appointments are booked through Jane App, a third-party scheduling platform not owned or operated by Breathe Easy Wellness. Use of Jane App is subject to Jane App's own terms of service, in addition to these Terms.
Cancellation policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
No-Call/No-Show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time reserved specifically for your care. Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
