The body and mind have never been separate.
Stress shows up in the shoulders. Anxiety lands in the chest. We believe every person who walks through the door already possesses the most important information: how you slept last week, where tension lives, what’s been quietly building.
Our job is to sit down alongside you and start assembling the picture together. We bring the clinical lens. You bring the lived experience. Neither is complete without the other.

Dr. Tiffany Schaal
D.Ac, Dipl.Ac, L.Ac, RYT500
Tiffany grew up outside, playing sports year-round, learning what her body could do. Yoga came next, and with it, an understanding that breath, movement, and mind were never separate to begin with. In 2010 she started teaching, and founded Breathe Easy as an invitation to slow down and reconnect. Acupuncture found her a few years later, watching her own dog go from barely walking to chasing a ball again after treatment. That was enough to change the direction of her life's work.

Tiffany holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture, with advanced training in orthopedics, women's health, mental health, and oncology care, including Memorial Sloan Kettering's program for cancer patients. She believes healing means understanding the person, not just chasing the symptom, and that her job is as much about educating as it is about treating.
Outside the clinic, you'll usually find her surfing, training, or spending time with her wife and huskies, living the same active, curious life she hopes for every person who walks through her door.

Amy Fnine
M.Ac, Dipl.AC, L.Ac
Amy always knew she wanted to work in healthcare, she just didn't know where she fit. That question stayed open until years of migraines, chronic neck pain, and the anxiety they brought, led her to acupuncture as a last resort. It changed everything. For the first time, she felt truly heard. Her acupuncturist (full circle: it was Tiff!) treated her pain as one piece of a much bigger picture, not something to manage in isolation. Understanding her own body, instead of just enduring it, was the shift that brought her here.

What Amy loves most about acupuncture is that it recognizes health as physical, mental, and emotional balance. Her goal is to help your body function the way it was designed to, so you can feel your best, whatever that looks like for you. She believes the best results come from working together; her role isn't only to treat, it's to educate and empower, giving you the tools to take an active part in your own health. She pairs individualized acupuncture with practical lifestyle guidance, so progress keeps building between visits, not just during them.
Outside the clinic, you'll find her coaching CrossFit, soaking in the sun on Folly Beach, or spending time with her boyfriend Ross and their dog, Squash.
